- Provide pre-trial counsel to attorneys and firms for witness preparation, focus groups, mock trials and on-line and phone quantitative attitudinal and behavioral surveys
- Recruit a cross section of respondents from applicable geographic areas for mock trials, focus groups or surveys
- Moderate focus groups
- Conduct small group discussions
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews
- Provide full length reports and/or presentations including a summary and detailed analysis of results and recommendations
- Develop research-based trial strategies
- Work collaboratively with trial attorneys to fine tune messaging for trial
